This policy forms part of the Terms of Service provided by Anquin LLP, doing business as Anquin. It applies to every account, upload, prompt, output, integration, and automated request made through Strawfy.
1. Use Strawfy lawfully
Do not use Strawfy to violate law, regulation, court orders, sanctions, or another person’s rights. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
2. Do not cause harm
- Do not threaten, harass, exploit, discriminate against, or facilitate harm to another person.
- Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
- Do not use the service for weapons, malware, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or evading law enforcement.
- Do not encourage self-harm or present generated content as qualified medical help.
3. Academic integrity
Use Strawfy as a study aid. Do not submit generated work as your own when that violates school, university, examination, or professional rules. Do not use Strawfy during a restricted assessment.
4. Protect the service
- Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, usage limits, or payment requirements.
- Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or automate access without written permission.
- Do not access another person’s account or data.
5. Content restrictions
Do not upload malware, secrets belonging to others, pirated course materials, illegal content, or personal information you are not authorized to process. Keep unnecessary sensitive data out of prompts and uploads.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate or address a violation. Serious security, fraud, exploitation, or illegal-content cases may be acted on immediately.
7. Report misuse
Report suspected abuse to support@strawfy.com with enough detail for us to locate and review the issue. Copyright claims should follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
