You retain rights in content you upload. Anquin LLP retains rights in the Strawfy service, brand, design, code, and original materials. AI output may not be unique and may not qualify for copyright protection in every country.

Only upload material you created, licensed, or are otherwise legally permitted to use. Buying a textbook or course does not necessarily give you the right to upload or redistribute its complete contents.

Send notices to support@strawfy.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
3. The exact URL or enough information to locate the material.
4. Your contact information.
5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We will review complete notices and remove or disable access to material when appropriate. We may send the notice to the affected user and retain it as necessary to handle the claim and comply with law.

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.

We may restore content after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant tells us it filed a court action.

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may restrict users who repeatedly submit material without permission.
