Anquin LLP, doing business as Anquin, intends Strawfy to be usable by students with different abilities, devices, and ways of navigating. Accessibility is part of product quality, not an optional add-on.
1. Our commitment
We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical design and engineering benchmark and to provide equivalent access to core study and billing tasks.
2. Accessibility features
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and native controls.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Readable color contrast and layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens.
- Reduced-motion support.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and status messages available to assistive technology.
3. Uploaded and generated content
Accessibility can vary with the source material a user uploads. Scans, handwriting, diagrams, audio, and AI-generated structure may contain errors. Keep the original material available and report output that is not usable with assistive technology.
4. Compatibility
Strawfy is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers, browser extensions, or third-party content may affect the experience.
5. Request help or report a barrier
Email support@strawfy.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. We will provide a reasonable alternative where possible while investigating.
6. Ongoing review
Automated checks do not prove full accessibility. We combine code review, keyboard testing, responsive testing, and user feedback, and will update this statement as the product evolves.
