2. What the public site uses

The public demo may use temporary in-memory state for tabs and quiz answers; it is cleared when the page reloads.
3. Essential technologies
When accounts or payments are enabled, strictly necessary technologies may be used for sign-in, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, checkout, and remembering privacy choices. Disabling them may prevent requested features from working.
4. Stripe checkout
