GeneralHow do AI credits work?
Every AI action costs credits: turning material into notes, a quiz or flashcards costs 1, and a Berry message costs 2. Credits reset daily on every plan, with a monthly ceiling, and you can see your remaining balance any time under Manage subscription.
PlansWhen can I subscribe?
Checkout is opening soon. Until then every account runs on a beta allowance so you can try notes, quizzes and Berry. Create an account now and you will be the first to know when plans open.
BillingCan I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan any time from Manage subscription. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you never lose time you paid for.
PaymentsIs the payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Strawfy.
UsageDo unused credits roll over to the next day?
No, credits reset daily on every plan. The daily limits are sized so that a normal study session never runs out.
BillingCan I get a refund?
Yes. If a plan is not right for you, email support@strawfy.com within 7 days of your first payment. A full refund under the 7-day window is available if you request it within that deadline and have not used your credit quota during that billing period. Duplicate charges, unauthorised payments and extended outages are always refunded. Mandatory local consumer rights may give you additional cancellation rights, including a possible 14-day withdrawal right in the EEA and UK. BillingAre prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies to your location it is calculated at checkout by Stripe, so the total you see before paying is the total you pay. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges.
